Amsterdam Rijksmuseum: 365 Days From 9am – 5pm

For those who sometimes forget it’s Monday and get disappointed when the museums are closed… fret no more! The Rijksmuseum will be the world’s second National Museum open every day (after the Te Papa Tongarewa Museum of New Zealand).
Beginning April 13, 2013, the museum in Amsterdam will reopen after almost 10 years of restoration and alteration, including a new Asia pavilion and a revamped garden. Only Rembrandt’s most famous painting “The Night Watch” will return to it’s original place.
